Customer Service Manager

We are looking for sensitive customer service managers to work in an international project (office work, flexible schedule).

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the customers of a large international project in the financial area (counselling on the company’s offer and software via Skype / chat)

Main requirements:

  • higher education;
  • literate oral and written language;
  • fluency in Russian and English (mandatory);
  • ability to quickly establish, maintain and terminate contacts;
  • communication skills, politeness;
  • ability to handle stress;
  • skills: looking up information on the internet, using mail, Skype, yahoo.
  • willingness to work and professionally develop in the financial area;
  • interest in financial markets and work experience in call-centres are regarded as assets.

Working conditions:

  • Office work, eight-hour day, 5 days a week (full-time);
  • Shift work (flexible schedule);
  • Stable income starting with MDL 4000, possibility to earn more in time;
