We are looking for sensitive customer service managers to work in an international project (office work, flexible schedule).
- Assisting the customers of a large international project in the financial area (counselling on the company’s offer and software via Skype / chat)
- higher education;
- literate oral and written language;
- fluency in Russian and English (mandatory);
- ability to quickly establish, maintain and terminate contacts;
- communication skills, politeness;
- ability to handle stress;
- skills: looking up information on the internet, using mail, Skype, yahoo.
- willingness to work and professionally develop in the financial area;
- interest in financial markets and work experience in call-centres are regarded as assets.
- Office work, eight-hour day, 5 days a week (full-time);
- Shift work (flexible schedule);
