Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to bring their expertise to our team of 5 QA specialists (4 Manual, 1 Automation) and help ensure the highest quality of our products in a constantly evolving fintech environment. Responsibilities:

• Automated Test Development: Create, maintain, and optimize automated tests for client applications (web and mobile) and backend systems.
• CI/CD Integration: Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing.
• Automated Testing Execution: Perform functional and non-functional testing using automated solutions.
• Requirements Analysis: Review requirements and develop automated testing scenarios.
• Bug Handling: Identify, document, and analyze complex defects, including issue reproduction and log analysis.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct automated UAT using the appropriate tools.
• End-to-End QA Participation: Ensure product quality at every stage — from requirements analysis to post-release testing.
• Release Evaluation: Analyze release results and propose improvements to enhance product stability and quality.

Requirements:

• Automation Experience: 4+ years in test automation, including automated tests for UI and API.
• Python: Proficient in Python and regularly use it in work.
• Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium, as well as pytest and/or pytest-bdd.
• Development Principles: Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) fundamentals and SOLID principles.
• API Testing: Strong knowledge of REST API and experience in writing automated tests for it.
